ArtPrize burst onto the scene in 2009, quickly becoming a cultural sensation that captured the interest of artists and critics worldwide. Right from the start, it featured public voting, large prizes, massive crowds, and lively discussions. In 2010, ArtPrize added juried award categories, bringing in international experts to grant additional honors.

Today, more opportunities are provided to artists through Visibility Awards, sponsored by Lime Foundation, and expanded grants. ArtPrize remains dedicated to what made it special: incredible art, public voting, major prizes, dynamic events, large crowds, and boundless joy.
