  • John Okoro
    (NO)
    Senior Advisor on Arts and Sustainability at the Nordic Council of Ministers and holds a position as Professor of Environmental Art at the University of Oslo. She has over 15 years of experience in environmental activism through the arts, focusing on the role of visual arts in climate advocacy. Sara has advised the UN Environment Programme on arts engagement in climate policy and served as a consultant for the European Commission on art-based climate awareness initiatives. She holds a PhD in Environmental Studies from the University of Bergen and is widely published on eco-art and sustainability in the arts.
  • Maria Aguilar
    (ES)
    Director of Strategic Urban Planning at the City of Madrid, with extensive experience in sustainable city initiatives and smart urban transformation. She is a board member of the European Green Cities Alliance and serves on the advisory council of the European Institute for Green Technology. Previously, Maria was the Senior Urban Policy Advisor for the Spanish Ministry of Transport and Urban Agenda, where she led the national program on sustainable urban mobility. She has contributed to international policy as an advisor to the UN Habitat’s urban mobility initiative and has lectured on urban sustainability at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
  • Luca Rossi

    Chief Curator at the MAXXI Museum in Rome and a recognized expert in contemporary art and digital media. With over 20 years in museum management and curation, Luca is a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM) and regularly advises European cultural institutions on digital transformations in art. He previously served as Senior Curator at the Guggenheim in New York, leading the launch of groundbreaking exhibitions exploring AI in art. A graduate of La Sapienza University in Rome, he has published extensively on digital art and teaches curatorial studies at Università degli Studi Roma Tre.
  • Anya Lindström

    Director of the Swedish Center for Digital Culture and an Associate Professor of New Media at Stockholm University. She has led numerous research projects on the intersection of art and technology, including the VR Lab at the University of Umeå. Anya serves as a policy advisor to the Swedish Ministry of Culture on digital art practices and is a founding member of the Nordic Digital Arts Network. With a PhD in Media Arts from the University of Gothenburg, she has contributed to international panels on digital rights and cultural policy and regularly speaks at conferences on digital innovation in the arts.

    Senior Director of Cultural Strategy at the Shanghai Institute of Innovation and serves on the advisory board of Asia Art Archive. Known for his pioneering work in promoting cross-cultural exchange through digital art, David has curated several international art and technology festivals, including the Shanghai Art Innovation Summit. With an MFA from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing and extensive experience in public arts policy, he has been a Senior Advisor to UNESCO on cultural heritage preservation in the digital age. David frequently publishes on the impact of emerging technologies on cultural heritage.

    Professor of Visual Arts at Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a curator specializing in Latin American digital art. As co-founder of the Bogotá Media Lab, Luis has helped launch innovative projects blending art, science, and technology across Colombia and Latin America. He has collaborated with UNESCO on projects focused on digital inclusion and has published extensively on Latin American digital aesthetics. Luis holds a PhD in Art Theory from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and is a frequent contributor to international journals on digital and new media arts.
